When Saturday mornings rolled around Catrine Teddi brought her three year old son Brhin to eat breakfast at McDonald’s. It was an established routine to mark a day of errands and bonding. She never paid attention to Mona Boots sitting in the shadows across the play yard watching the little boy.

Mona, deciding she wanted Brhin as her own child, stalked him and his mother for weeks. In her delusion to finally do something right in her life she enters The Perfect Solution Childcare Center and leaves with Brhin-Kristoffer Teddi in her arms.It’s a choice she is prepared to defend.

Catrine is devastated by the news her child is not safe with her sister, but has been forced by a substitute teacher to leave the center with a woman he didn't know. Scared out of her mind and fearing for his life, Catrine knows she must now dig up the past and tell Austin Sanchez about the child he never knew existed.

As a child, Phenigan O'Carroll endured weekend fishing trips filled with torture, sexual and physical abuse. The adults in his life were either the problem or closed their eyes to the problem.

Durham killed his abuser at the age of ten.  As an adult things change, names change, but the goal remains the same, revenge is as much a part of the shadows as death was a part of the waters. Tired of pedophiles having free reign on innocent children, his fishing excursions are to die for.

Set in Shiningbal, Texas where the perverted go to disappear, child sexual abuse is the norm and when the legal system is the monster, redemption doesn't play nice.

Envelopes stamped with the large letters LDA and holding the simple words "Life demands action" has started appearing in the mailboxes, the explosion in the woods and the deaths of so called ‘good men’, hit just the right buttons and now every perverted child molester in this city is distressed. They all know what it means. The thing is no one knows where their letter came from, so who can be trusted?".....

The Fishing Trip is a trial by water, execution and deliverance of retribution. Set in Shiningbal, Texas where the perverted go to disappear; sexual abuse of children is the norm and when the legal system only increases the violation, this isn't the time for redemption to play nice.

Growing up as an abused child himself, Durhan now considers himself to be an avenger of stolen innocence. Tired of pedophiles having free reign on innocent children, he decides to take the law into his own hands. He takes these criminals on an excursion and ends their obsession.

With the help of Penny Brooks and the unsuspecting aid of the local sheriff, he returns to Shiningbal and confronts those who destroyed the lives of young children. In doing so he exposes a secret and sets off a chain of events that causes more chaos than he ever thought possible.
